🔧 Workflow

Craft Photos as a PDF Report

Photos of finished work often stay scattered in the gallery and get lost with the client or insurer. This path brings out the hidden details, fits every image to A4, assembles them into a report and shrinks the file at the end. The result is a clean, lightweight PDF you can send right away. Everything runs locally in your browser.

This workflow guides you through the following steps:

  1. 1. Check the photos for details Load each photo once into the metadata inspector. This shows the hidden information attached to the file, such as location and camera, before you share the report.
  2. 2. Fit the photos to A4 Adjust the size and aspect ratio of the images so they sit cleanly on an A4 page in the report without awkward white margins.
  3. 3. Assemble into an A4 PDF Drag the prepared images in the order they should appear in the report and generate the PDF file.
  4. 4. Shrink and check the PDF Compress the generated file in the PDF tool and give the result a final look so the report stays small and readable.

What you get at the end

A lightweight, clean A4 PDF with your checked craft photos, ready to send to a client or insurer.

Why these steps in this order

Check, then format, then assemble, then compress. Only once the details and the size are right does combining make sense, and the final compression breaks nothing.
