1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of studio-tools.online and the free online tools provided there. The operator is Daniel Ohiggins, Studio Chop Digital, Lisa-Kessler Str. 92, 28355 Bremen.

2. Services

The tools run in the user’s browser. Entered data is not sent to the operator’s server unless an external service is explicitly required. Use is free of charge. Availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

3. Permitted use

The tools may be used for their intended purpose. Automated requests that overload the infrastructure, attempts to bypass security, and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of generated results. Use is at your own risk. Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence and mandatory statutory liability.

5. Disclaimer for calculation tools

The online tools provided on this website, in particular the financial tools for loans, salaries, mortgages, VAT, margins, unit prices, discounts, tips, SEPA and IBAN, and invoicing, are provided free of charge, without obligation and without warranty. They are intended solely for general information, guidance and practical convenience.

The results generated by the tools are estimates, examples or simplified illustrations. They may be inaccurate or outdated and may be based on assumptions that do not reflect all circumstances of a particular case. No guarantee is given as to their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability for any particular purpose or freedom from errors.

The tools do not constitute financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting or any other professional advice. Their use does not create an advisory, information or other contractual relationship. Users must independently verify the results and the underlying information and should consult a suitably qualified professional before making any decision based on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the tools or reliance on their results. German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the operator’s registered place of business shall be the place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers.

If any provision of this section is or becomes wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The applicable statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

6. External services and advertising

Some tools or pages may use external services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Advertising through Google AdSense is displayed only with consent as described in the privacy policy.

7. Changes and applicable law

The operator may update these terms for the future. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Bremen is the place of jurisdiction where legally permitted.
