Offer Follow-up Planner
Manage your offers locally and plan follow-ups: sorted table, overdue highlighting and ICS reminders.
Your inputs are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. Note: third-party resources (e.g. advertising and analytics from Google/Cloudflare) and an optional PayPal donation link may transfer data when loading or when clicked. Browser extensions or plugins may be able to read content that is visible in the input fields.

Manage offers and plan follow-ups
Record your offers with number, customer, amount, sent date and follow-up interval. The planner sorts the table by the next follow-up date and marks overdue cases in red. That way no offer stalls just because the reminder lived only in your head.
Export the follow-up dates as an ICS file into your calendar and the table as CSV for further processing. If you like, store the register locally in the browser: that happens only on an explicit click, with separate buttons for save, load and delete. Your customer data never leaves your device.
Frequently asked questions
When should I follow up on an offer?
A proven rhythm is 7 days, or 10 to 14 for larger projects. What matters is keeping the rhythm: reliable follow-up reads as more professional than a single reminder three weeks later.
What happens to the stored data?
When saving, the tool creates a local copy in the browser of your device, no server and no account. You can delete it at any time via the delete button. On another device the data is not visible.
How do the dates get into my calendar?
Via the ICS export: the file contains one all-day reminder event per offer on its follow-up date. Import it into Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar and the appointments appear next to your other commitments.
