Enter your contact details and your customer\'s address. Add an offer number, date and validity period. Choose “Binding offer” or “Non-binding estimate” to set the document\'s title line.
Add services as hourly-rate or fixed-price items with quantities and net unit prices. Click to calculate line totals, an optional percentage discount and VAT at 0, 7 or 19 percent. Add payment terms and notes, then download the PDF with signature fields. Your entries stay in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between an offer and an estimate?
Yes. Choose the document type in the form. When you create the PDF, the generator applies the matching title line. It does not assess contractual arrangements.
How does the generator calculate discounts and VAT?
It multiplies each quantity by its unit price and rounds each line total to cents. It deducts the percentage discount from the item subtotal, then calculates VAT on the remaining net amount. At 0 percent, you can add your own note, for example about section 19 UStG. Selecting this rate does not confirm a tax status.
Does the generator upload customer details or prices?
No. The form and PDF generation run locally in your browser. The generator does not send your entries to a server. After editing, click “Calculate totals” or go directly to “Create PDF”.
