Project cost recap: compare plan vs actual per position

Enter your positions with planned hours, actual hours and hourly rate. The recap computes planned and actual costs per position, builds the totals and shows the deviation in percent. Deviations above your threshold are marked so you instantly see where a project is drifting.

Export the table as CSV for further processing or as PDF for the internal debrief. Together with the offer generator this forms a cycle: plan the offer, track the hours, recap, and estimate better on the next offer. Everything stays local in the browser.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between pre-calculation and recap?

The pre-calculation estimates before the project starts, the recap compares after the end what was planned and what was actually spent. Only the comparison shows whether your hour estimates are realistic.

How do I read the percentage deviation?

It refers to the planned hours of a position. Plus 20 percent means you needed a fifth more than planned. Position by position is more telling than the total alone, because averaging hides real problems.

What is the PDF for?

For the internal debrief and for handing to participants who do not open CSVs. It shows positions, plan, actual and deviation on one readable page.
