Create a shot list for your shoot day
Plan your shots in a table: scene, shot size from wide to detail, description, location, cast, equipment and status. Rows come in via a button or from a CSV you import from an existing plan. That way every crew member knows what is next on the shoot day.
Export the list as CSV for further editing, as a print view for the set and as a PDF for handover. The shot sizes follow the common film scale, from the wide establishing shot to the close detail. Everything stays local in the browser.
Frequently asked questions
Which shot sizes are available?
Wide, medium wide, medium, medium close, close, big close-up and detail. The scale runs from the wide overview of the scene down to the isolated detail shot and matches common film language.
How do I import an existing shot list?
As a CSV with the columns scene, shot, description, location, cast, equipment and status. The tool detects the delimiter automatically, comma, semicolon and tab all work. Quoted fields and line breaks inside fields are parsed.
What is the status field for?
For the shoot day itself: planned, shot or dropped. That shows what is still open during the day and lets you check at the end whether the plan was fully worked through.
