Plan and Measure an Instagram Content Wave
Build your Instagram content wave in six steps: create quote cards, carousel slides and captions, plan your posts, then review posting times and engagement after publishing.
Your progress is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers. Third-party resources (e.g. advertising and analytics from Google/Cloudflare) may transfer data when loaded.
This workflow guides you through the following steps:
- 1. Create quote cards in batches Paste your quotes as lines or CSV, choose your brand colours and download the cards as 1080x1080 PNGs.
- 2. Turn text into carousel slides Use key sentences from your quote cards as slide text, separate them with blank lines and export 1080x1350 PNGs.
- 3. Write captions for each network Generate Instagram captions with hashtags based on your carousel topic.
- 4. Plan your posts Add your finished posts to the content calendar with a date and channel, or import them as CSV and set up recurring slots.
- 5. Find the best times from your own data Later, load your CSV export to see which weekdays and times work for your community.
- 6. Measure the impact Calculate the engagement rate with a clearly defined denominator and compare the wave's posts in bulk mode.

What you get at the end
A finished content wave of quote cards and a carousel with captions, a plan and measured results for the next round.
Why these steps in this order
Create the content first, then plan, publish and measure. Results from your own data determine which slots the next wave uses.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Your playbook progress is saved in your own browser using localStorage. Nothing you enter is uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data resets the workflow.
