Where is my Kanban data stored?
Everything stays local in your browser using LocalStorage. Your board is never uploaded, and you do not need an account.
How do I create a new column or card?
Use the \"+ New column\" and \"+ New card\" buttons. You can create cards with a title, description, color, due date and tags.
Can I move cards between columns?
Yes, with drag and drop. On desktop you drag the card with the mouse, on mobile devices it works by touch. Just pull it to the column you want.
How do I back up my board?
You export your board as a JSON file and can import it again later. This keeps your tasks intact even after switching browsers.
Does the board work offline?
Yes, after the first load you can keep using it without an internet connection, because all data lives locally on your device.
Are overdue tasks highlighted?
Yes, cards with a passed due date are marked in red. This lets you see at a glance which tasks are urgent.
Can I undo accidental changes?
Yes, use the Undo and Redo buttons or the Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y shortcuts. Undo any step easily.
Can I archive cards instead of deleting them?
Yes. Move cards to the archive instead of deleting them and restore them from the archive later. No task is lost by accident.
