Dice Roller
Roll the classic dice from d4 to d20, or a custom die with any number of sides you choose. Set how many dice to roll plus an optional modifier, and the tool rolls fairly and instantly.
Which dice are available?
- d4, d6, d8, d10, d12 and d20, the most common dice for board games and tabletop RPGs.
- Custom side count from 2 to 1000 for anything you can think of.
- Multiple dice at once, for example 3 × d6.
- A modifier from -10 to +10 added to the total.
How does the roll work?
The result is purely random and generated locally in your browser. For the random values the tool uses the cryptographic crypto.getRandomValues() function, the same method browsers use for secure connections. Every result is fair and cannot be predicted.

Can I roll several dice at once?
Yes, just enter the number, for example 3 × d6. The results of the individual dice are shown together with the total.
What is a modifier?
A value from -10 to +10 that is added to the dice total. This lets you take bonuses or penalties from your game into account.
Is the roll really fair?
Yes, the tool uses the cryptographic random function crypto.getRandomValues(). Every result is generated directly in your browser and cannot be predicted.
Do I need to be online for this?
After the page loads, everything runs locally in your browser. The results are calculated on your device and never uploaded.
