Create a business meal record as a PDF

Document a business meal with its purpose, place and date. Add the host\'s name and company, then list the guests and their companies or affiliations. Use Add guest to extend the list.

Enter the restaurant and invoice number or another receipt reference. Record the invoice total excluding the tip, the food portion already included in that total and the tip separately. The PDF provides side-by-side signature spaces for the host and one guest. All entries stay local; the tool does not calculate tax amounts.

Frequently asked questions

How do I record several guests?

Click Add guest for each additional person and enter their name and company or affiliation. Remove entries you do not need. The guest list appears in the PDF.

How should I enter the food portion and tip?

The total means the invoice amount excluding the tip. The food portion is already included in that total. Enter the tip separately. The tool records the amounts without adding them together or applying a tax allocation.

Does the PDF include the restaurant invoice?

No. The PDF contains the restaurant name and the receipt reference you enter. It does not import an invoice or attach files. Keep the restaurant receipt separately.
