How it works

The advance care power is especially important, as a trusted person needs to act immediately in case of illness or incapacity.
What the tool can and cannot do
The generator creates a structured template as a PDF and helps you systematically record the key points of a power of attorney. However, it does not replace legal advice. For certain transactions such as property purchase, a notarized power of attorney is required. Banks usually have their own forms, so an additional banking power may be needed. An advance care power should be discussed with a specialist lawyer or notary in individual cases.
