Build UTM links for your campaigns

Paste one or more destination URLs and add utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. Use the optional utm_term and utm_content fields to distinguish keywords or creative variants. A single field value applies to every URL. Enter separate parameter lines when links need different values. In variants mode, the generator combines every destination URL with every parameter variant. Parameter lines with matching numbers form one variant together.

The generator flags missing protocols, empty required fields and existing or duplicate UTM parameters. An optional toggle converts values to lowercase with dashes. Existing source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters are replaced. Empty optional fields remove their old parameters. Other query parameters and fragments remain. Copy individual links or all results, or download the table as CSV. You can also import a local CSV file. The generator does not visit destination pages or shorten URLs.

Frequently asked questions

What should I put in source, medium and campaign?

Source identifies the origin, such as newsletter. Medium describes the channel, such as email. Campaign names the campaign, such as summer-sale. Use consistent labels so related visits do not end up under separate names. The normalization toggle helps with capitalization, spaces and punctuation.

What happens to existing UTM parameters and fragments?

Existing UTM parameters appear in the validation notes. The generator replaces its five controlled UTM fields and removes duplicate versions of those fields, including case variants. Other parameters, such as a product ID or utm_id, remain. The fragment after the hash sign also remains. URL processing can normalize query encoding, so avoid changing signed URLs after signing.

How does CSV import work, and do my data stay local?

Use a header containing url and optionally source, medium, campaign, term and content. Column names prefixed with utm_ also work. The importer detects commas, semicolons and tabs. It replaces current inputs and switches variants mode off. Files may be up to 5 MB, with up to 5,000 generated links per run. Import, validation and export run in your browser without sending the data to a server.
