Create a favicon set from a glyph or emoji
The favicon generator turns a letter, short text or emoji into a complete favicon pack at the common sizes of 16, 32, 48 and 180 pixels (Apple touch icon). You choose the background and glyph colours freely. Everything is generated locally in your browser with no data sent to a server.
Files produced
- favicon-16.png, favicon-32.png, favicon-48.png for browsers.
- apple-touch-icon.png (180 px) for iOS and Android home screens.
The tool also shows the matching <link> code to paste into the <head> of your page. Choose a single glyph or short mark that stays readable when small, with high colour contrast.
Note: emoji rendering depends on the viewer's operating system and browser. For maximum consistency across devices, a simple glyph in a fixed colour works best.
